Moving to Perm city

INNFOCUS is a system integrator in the fields of Integrated Optics and Additive Manufacturing that provides engineering and consulting services as well as equipment and software supply for industrial enterprises, R&D laboratories, research centers and educational facilities.

WE ARE looking for a highly professional, well skilled, proactive and creative technical leader to join our Photonics team.

Обязанности работника:

• Development of technical solutions in the field of integrated photonics:
  - precision alignment of optical channels
  - optical and optoelectronic characterization
  - specialized research benches
  - application software
  - process automation
  - R&D projects
  - etc.

• Study of technical documentation for equipment and components
• Technical negotiations with equipment manufacturers
• Deep analytics of technical solutions available on the market
• Technical & Application support of the product line represented by the company (light sources, measurement systems, technological equipment, probe stations, optomechanics, different components, etc.)
• Preparation and implementation of R&D projects, development of technical and reporting documentation
• Technical & Consultancy assistance of the customers as well as company’s staff internally
• Development of technical presentation materials
• Participation in specialized public events (exhibitions, seminars, etc.)
• Participation in development of company’s product line
• Participation in development of new technical areas and technological segments

Требования к работнику:

• Higher technical physics education: integrated optics, optics, optoelectronics, lasers

• Scientific profile and applied knowledge in the field
• Job experience of at least 3 years: postgraduate student of the profile department of a research university, researcher or engineer of a research institute, Russian Academy of Sciences, technological division of a commercial company
• Experience with high-tech systems in the field of photonics: light sources, measuring equipment, probe stations, optical channel alignment systems, etc.
• R&D experience in the field of photonics
• Good level of English language - sufficient for deep study of technical documentation and communication with foreign manufacturers of equipment and software
• Continuous pursuit of development of new knowledge and professional skills
• Skills of information analysis and technical decision making
• Skills of work in multitask mode
• Responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work for joint team result
• Readiness for business trips

• Official employment acc. to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

• From 80.000 RUR / month net + annual performance bonus (total average ~120.000 RUR / month)
