Job accountability area:

Creating vision of the future-state of the product, strategy and roadmap. Stakeholder expectation management, product budget and achievement of product targets (KPI).

Functional Responsibilities:

• Creates vision of the future-state of the product, strategy and roadmap
• Manages Stakeholders expectations, including giving/receiving feedbacks, information sharing, negotiation, reaching agreements
• Plans and manages budget related product development and promotion
• Creates and maintains the Product Backlog that fit product strategy
• Prioritizes and sequences the Backlog according to products targets
• Participates in synchronization with other Product Owners
• Is a central point of contact for product decisions on behalf of the business units
• Drives solutions and makes informed decisions about product design and implementation on an on-going basis
• Leads, collaborates with, and motivates a cross-functional teams (delivery & discovery)
• Serves as direct representative of the business with delivery & discovery teams, representing/reinforcing the customers' and the users' perspective throughout the product realization cycle
• Gathers and documents detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product and process enhancements
• Attends scrum/kanban (or other agile-related) key meetings, e.g. planning, standups, retrospectives, and demos. Works in partnership with discovery & delivery teams on execution
• Conveys the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint
• Accepts product realizes, including reviewing and accepting or declining output of delivery team to ensure specified acceptance criteria have been completed
• Supports launch and training plans, working with discovery team & stakeholders
• Works with the stakeholders and customers to develop metrics to manage, visualizes and tracks product targets
• Monitors product health, defines improvements areas and initiates improvements processes
• Reports results and progress to key stakeholders (CXO)

Requirements:

• Education - Marketing, Economics, Technical
• Diverse experience in Marketing, IT product development, other areas for more than 3 years
• 1-2 years in Product Management.
• At least 1 year in Project Management
• Fluent English is a plus
• Agile methodologies experience
• Team lead experience
• Project management
• Product management
• Software development and delivery industry knowledge as a plus
• Stakeholder requirements management experience
• Business acumen, team player, easy to communicate, easy to learn, able to work under pressure, able to coordinate activities, prioritize and deliver results
• Basics of marketing
