Supersonic is hiring a Social UA Manager to join our game publishing team in Minsk. This person will work closely with the Growth Team to achieve company goals. The position is a great opportunity to enter the gaming industry.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic UA team and carry out end to end marketing campaigns. You’ll be expected to be data driven and to be able to make challenging decisions regarding campaigns and creativity.

We're looking for talented individuals with a "hands on" approach that want to grow with us as a company and make users multiply!

Responsibilities:

• Passion about online marketing and a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online user acquisition

• A highly motivated individual to track, report, and analyze user acquisition initiatives and campaigns

• Monitor key performance indicators of advertising campaigns to measure profitability

• Optimize acquisition efforts by analyzing marketing trends, testing new targeting segments and insights implementation

• Analyze performance based on ROI, ROAS and engagement to drive actionable insights

Requirements:

• BA/BSc, preferably in a quantitative field.

• Fluent in English, verbal and written.

• At least 1 year experience in mobile application User Acquisition in Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Searches, TikTok Ads, Snapchat,.

• Experience in analyzing large data sets and delivering actionable insights.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Attention to details and ability to prioritize.

• Good understanding of building successful campaigns, 3rd-party mobile attribution tracking, and campaign optimization.

• Highly motivated and hungry to learn within a fast-paced environment.

• Think “out of the box”, and bring new innovative ideas to the team's portfolio.
