Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in designing APIs for banking industry
• Experience in API management with deep understanding of API lifecycle
• Expert in microservice architecture
• Fluent in defining APIs with OpenAPI Specification 3.0
• Great knowledge of banking business and banking domains
• Has experience in working with at least one API Management Platform
• Practical experience in designing API security
• Experience in designing different protocols SOAP, REST, JMS, MQSeries, gRPC, HTTP, TLS
• Proficient in Event-driven architecture (working with either Kafka, Pulsar, Nifi, Spark)
• Understanding enterprise integration patterns
• Practical experience with Kubernetes

Your responsibilities:

• Call Center systems design based on customer requirements
• Designing integrations between the contact center platform, CRM, voice and chat bots, SMS gateway, etc.
• Optimization of the Contact Center systems and interactions between them
• Interface and component design
• Analysis and correction of performance problems
• Architectural review of business requirements
• Code and design review for big changes
• Coordination of architecture throughout the next software life cycles
• Defining and reviewing API Strategy to keep up with evolving business needs and technology opportunities
• Define solutions for API cross-cut concerns (e.g. authentication, rate limiting)
• Following market trends to recognise technology opportunities
• Support of emerging API-focused initiatives by facilitation of initial phases of those external developers experience by assuring that API documentation and sharing knowledge about APIs related practices
• Assuring compliance of individual APIs with Public API technical standard.
