Brand, Marketing and Communications team is looking for Marketing specialist.

Personal area of responsibility:

Internal communication/Employer brand

• You will take part in strategic development of Employer Brand / Employer Value offer of EY Ukraine in the part of internal communications. Managing and editing corporate newsletter EY Times (constant interviews with internal speakers, content-plan, news hooks and newsgathering).

Site content management

• You will manage content for www.ey.com/uk_ua using Adobe Experience Manager: content preparation (articles, translations) and publishing. Changes to site structure in AEM.

SMM

• You will prepare an Integrated SoMe content plan. Posting acc to Integrated content-plan to corporate EY accounts at Facebook and LinkedIn. Preparation/Revising marketing department and other service-lines posts. Partial involvement in SMM promos together with external agency and HR employer brand specialist.

Area of shared responsibility:

Copywriting and proofreading

• You will take part in preparation and revision of printed or digital EY Ukraine communication materials together with a marketing manager and another specialist or external agency.

Design and video creating

• You will take part in preparation and revision of EY Ukraine video communication materials together with a marketing manager and another specialist or external agency.

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Ukrainian (both oral and written).
• Copywriting skills are must, copywriting experience will be a plus.
• Basic photo and video shooting skills preferred.
• Data metrics familiarity and analytical mindset will be a big plus.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player.
• Enterprising, open, ambitious, proactive, positive thinker, fast learner, willing to go beyond standard duties and grow professionally.

Work schedule: Full-time
