Deep Knowledge Group is a consortium of commercial and non-profit organizations active on many fronts in the realm of DeepTech and Frontier Technologies (e.g. AI, Longevity, FinTech, GovTech, and InvestTech), ranging from scientific research to investment, entrepreneurship, analytics, media, and philanthropy among others.

As project manager, the job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. PM is the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Responsibilities:

• Leading project planning sessions and coordinate meetings schedule
• Identify all need functions/ team members that need to contribute to the project
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Coordinating staff and internal resources
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadline
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Designing and signing off on contracts
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Designing risk mitigation plan
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Managing large and diverse teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 5-8 years of project management and related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Interest in Longevity, Preventive Medicine, Biology Science
