Our client is an international agricultural production company, one of leaders in its segment. They develop, produce and implement high-quality products and outstanding service focused on efficiency, sustainability and the newest expertise.

Due to necessity to accelerate the growth of the business, revenue market share and EBIT the company is looking for Strategy and Business Development Manager.

The responsibility would include but will not be limited to:

• Develop long term strategy for Agro Business unit and implement it
• Identify threats and opportunities for business
• Investigate and develop new business models and revenue streams
• Develop an understanding product portfolio, strategic priorities, competitive position
• Conduct research and analysis of operational effectiveness, processes, sales and marketing methods
• Plan, implement, and manage proposed recommendations and projects, correct actions if necessary
• Perform communication and changes related to the Strategic Plan
• Supervise sales team, conduct education, training and support in personal development in order to achieve strategic goals

Ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics:

• Experience in Agro Business with mid-size farmer
• Broad management experience in sales, marketing, production and management. Experience within different industries will be a plus
• Strategy development and successful implementation (or participation)
• Exponential growth mindset with outside-the-box thinking
• Upper-intermediate English level
