Company Description

Evolution, a leading international B2B provider of games and services in online gaming is seeking an Employer Branding and Communications Lead - Baltics & Belarus with strong marketing and/or PR background in tech/engineering field to support the establishment and developments of Evolution employer brand in Poland.

This role is for someone with a strong belief in communications as a strategic tool for business and employee engagement and a positive/can-do personality with a natural ability to build strong and efficient working relationships across different cultures and levels of an organization. Ability to work independently and deliver on agreed assignments is critical. Experience in working with or for an international organization would be considered an asset.

Job Description

As Employer Branding and Communications Lead for Engineering Baltics & Belarus, you will act as an ambassador for the company and brand, ensuring that all implemented communications offer attention to the corporate values, Evolution's desired positioning (particularly in the software engineering field) and comply with the Brand Guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Evolution’s Manager of EBC for Engineering Hubs to create the overall external communications strategy, content plan, channel matrix and adhering material, rooted in Evolution’s values, and designed to position us as an employer of choice for software engineering talent in the Baltics and Belarus. Lead the implementation of the agreed activities across multiple markets.
• Manage all internal communications channels relating to Evolution Engineering Baltics & Belarus.
• Support Evolution’s Engineering department with conferences; messaging and material creation as well as provide on the spot support in terms of booth building and representing the company as required.
• Manage proactive PR initiatives and channels/advise on media relations related to IT/Engineering field for Evolution Engineering in Baltics and Belarus. Work with external agencies, when necessary.
• Support Evolution Engineering's Talent Acquisition team with communications messaging/positioning and adhering material creation.
• Liaise with photographers, videographers and graphic designers, draft creative briefs, and be the main point of contact for any creative material required for communications use on behalf of the Engineering department, externally and internally.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications and/or PR.
• Minimum 4 years of experience from leading projects (independently or as part of team of leaders) in relevant work scope (marketing, brand positioning and/or communications/PR).
• 2-3 years of experience from working with tech/software related media and platforms/forums as a promotional tool. A strong local media network focused on tech media will be considered an advantage.
• Exceptional writer with proven experience from writing for brand positioning, PR, marketing/social media. Internal communications messaging experience is considered an advantage.
• Excellent English and Russian, written and spoken are required. Additional languages are considered an asset.
• Experience working on recruitment related projects will be considered an asset.
• A self-dependent team player with no prestige and a can-do attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and who possesses a passion for communications, particularly in relation to the IT/Engineering field.
