*instinctools has a great and worthy opportunity and looking for a skilled Middle/ Senior Account Manager

Our company evolution is in charge of winning more clients in the DACH region as well as extending partnership within the current portfolio. This demands the revision of our approaches in customer business relations and testing or inventing some new ones, emphasizing our competitive advantages. The goal is to demonstrate solid expertise and client value delivery as a team of ambitious professionals with innovative and experienced visions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships at senior level with key account
• Develop a deep understanding of client’s business goals
• Manage communication flow with major stakeholders
• Monitor client satisfaction, collecting both – informal & structured feedbacks
• Provide leadership to the dev team of up to 20+ members
• Present client vision to the delivery team and vice versa
• Identify decision makers and opportunities for account growth
• Provide leadership to the client at key points during the delivery.

Our expectations:

• Experience in conducting Quarter and Yearly Business Review meetings with the Client
• Ability to create and manage revenue projections
• Fluent English ( both spoken and written);
• 3+ years of experience in the role of Account Manager or respective roles (E.g. Sales Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Project Manager)
• Great motivation to grow as Account Manage
• Good analytical skills, attention to details, ability to manage large volumes of information
• Ability to manage effectively ups & downs
• Strong communication skills, accountability & responsiveness.

Will be a plus:

• Upper Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of German will be a huge plus.
