RPGStash (SmartXP ltd) is e-commerce platform for the gamers by gamers. We provide services and products for the known game titles (CS:GO, Dota2, Rust, Diablo2: R, Runescape, Path of Exile and other) as 3rd party provider for more than 10 years.

Currently we have more than 50 employees across the globe and looking to expand our business further with interesting opportunities in Ukraine (Kiev).

This is a unique opportunity for a marketing expert with the interest in the gaming industry. You surely will enjoy working with our international teams from China and Europe.

Requirements:

• English — Fluent.
• Solid experience working with e-commerce CSM (Prestashop preferably) and Google Analytics.
• Experience working with Google Analytics, lead generation and nurturing, data analysis and Google Analytics.
• Proven experience working within CRM/Email marketing and campaign management.
• Preliminary knowledge of relevant marketing areas including copywriting, social media, and user experience and user interface design and paid digital/social.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (more is better) to work on email templates and landing pages.
• Project management and problem-solving skills.
• Desired: Experience with online games industry (CS:GO, Dota2, Runescape etc)

Responsibilities:

• Revise company marketing efforts, create a marketing strategy and team/department activities.
• Own and deliver on D2C targets, building new and working with current customer base and improving online conversion rates.
• Strategise, craft and execute ongoing e-commerce strategies and promos/campaigns.
• Measure marketing performance using a variety of web analytics tools and analysing statistical data.
• Contribute to the setting of sales forecasts and targets.
• Work with external design team to create assets to advertise products and promotions online on both owned and paid channels
• Work with an external agency on strategy and execution of brand and performance advertising campaigns
• Devise and implement strategies to grow and nurture our emailing activities: promos, campaigns and follow up emails (transactional, abandoned etc).
• Analyse and test customer journeys through the site to look where we can improve and optimise.
• Help to manage our customer reviews and referral programs.
