• Knowledge of the Company's quality assurance policy.
• Organize and perform maintenance and testing of all types of equipment in accordance with methodical, normative and other guidelines.
• Prepare programs and schedules of commissioning and testing, coordinate them with the Client.
• Control the quality of work; make necessary corrections to the methods of setting up in order to achieve necessary parameters and characteristics of equipment.
• Analyze measurement parameters.
• Give opinions on operability of separate parts, units, mechanisms, systems.
• Perform necessary calculations.
• Develop measures aimed at improvement of adjustment and testing of equipment, increasing its reliability and efficiency, reduction of labor intensity, improvement of the quality of commissioning through the introduction of the state-of-the-art technology.
• Participate in review of proposals and inventions related to improvement of equipment design.
• Ensure compliance with the occupational safety in accordance with the type of work performed.
• Be familiar with and comply with the Company's quality assurance rules and carry out activities provided for by the relevant procedures.
• Identify deviations from the plan during the early stages of the Project and make corrective measures.
• Immediately notify the Project Manager about non-standard cases, especially with regard to their possible impact on the Contract.

Attend all the courses organized by the Company, if necessary.

• Must have sound knowledge and understanding of technical terms and conditions.
• Familiar with all phases of EPC Contracts.
• Awareness of Compliance and ISO Audit Processes.
• Ability to identify changes and improvements to the technical documentation and procedures to reflect Client’s changing requirements.
• Knowledge of computer based systems including, Database Management systems, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages.
• Be proactive, a self-starter and ability to work without supervision.
• Systematic thinker and good organizational skills/ time management.
• Strong personality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authority.
• Team player within and across functions.
• Sensitive to Client’s requirements and Client-focused.

Education: Bachelor degree in engineering is minimum requirement; Master degree preferred

Language skills: Russian and English are mandatory Kazakh is advantageous

Professional experience: Min 10 years – technical experience; Min 5 years – managerial experience
