About the EXMO Content Team

EXMO Content Team is passionate about selecting the right words and creatives to shape our brand. We task ourselves with creating interesting and at the same time easy-to-digest content that resonates with our audience. We’re the ones who make sure that all our content inside our apps and through owned channels talks to our traders in one voice, clearly, to the point and in a human way.

Must have:

• Seasoned writer with fluent English and at least 3 years' experience in content creation, writing or content strategy.
• Familiar with principles of content design advocating consistency through all channels.
• Passionate about technology, crypto and fintech. Can quickly write meaningful content in a relatable, conversational tone of voice. Team player and amazing listener who is able to ask the right questions to understand the task.
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. Take constructive feedback well.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Writer, you will:

• Embody EXMO’s voice and tone across our products.
• Dig into product analytics and develop UX copy based on usability sessions, support tickets, competitor analysis.
• Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on messaging to delivering perfect copy.
• Support new product releases by creating clear and concise copy for a variety of formats: labels, infotips, empty states, error messages, controls, product tours, product-generated emails and more.
• Coordinate the product localization process for our global audience in 13 languages.

As a Marketing Writer, you will:

• Contribute to developing the EXMO content style guide based on our tone and voice.
• Embrace EXMO’s product value propositions and find creative ways to communicate them to our audiences.
• Write clear, inspiring content for marketing campaigns, emails, landing pages, videos, banners, and more. Use best writing practices to create high-performing content.
• Translate complex technical features into easy-to-understand and engaging content.
• Collaborate well with Product and Marketing Managers, Designers, and Business Development people to plan content campaigns across multiple media channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Business Development teams to initiate and manage projects from conception to execution.
• Аssign KPIs and measure the overall performance of content.
• Juggle multiple projects at once, prioritizing your tasks and delivering under tight deadlines.
