Duties:

• Translation of technical, scientific, commercial, economic and other specialized documentation, correspondence with foreign companies, as well as conference and meetings materials.
• Translation and simultaneous interpretation in the requested scope and within the established time frame (1 full day’s scope of written translation – 8 conventional pages on the basis of 1800 characters per page.
• Ensuring equivalence in terms of lexis, style, subject and meaning of the source text/information.
• Verification of his/her own translations and translations performed by subcontractors in compliance with the requirements of the Department Manager.
• Contribution to harmonization of terms, creating and updating of glossaries, improvement of definitions in the scope of translations of the company.
• Active collaboration with NOVARCTIC discipline specialists in order to improve the quality of translation of technical and other special terminology.
• Fulfillment of tasks defined by the Department Manager.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of the information becoming known to him/her as a result of his/her job functions.
• Execution of orders and instructions of his/her line managers within the labor activities, and of orders and instructions of the company management
• Carry out overall assistance and comprehensive support accomplishing miscellaneous tasks on behalf of Department Manager

• At Least 5 years of experience as Technical Translator (oil/gas industry)
• Experience in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning
• Higher Education - Technical or Linguistic
• Experienced user of MS Office Package

• Working for one of the largest Oil&Gas construction projects of federal importance;

• 45/45 rotation, 7 days working week, 10 hours working day (2 hours lunch break);
• Room and workplace in a Construction site camp;
