We invite a business development director for project work in a European startup in Belgium, which is promoting a unique technology for the qualification of nanoparticles in biological samples to the in-vitro diagnostics market. The main target segment market is preclinical studies of drugs and therapies in the field of oncology and cell medicine.

Areas of work:

The successful candidate will quickly dive into the specifics of the business and technology, take over the strategy to increase revenue from contract measurements and bring the instrument to the analytical instrument market, licensing the technology to equipment manufacturers,

A separate area is attracting venture funding for the organization of serial production and development of a new generation of devices to enter the in-vivo diagnostics segment.

Requirements:

• This position is well suited for a senior executive with experience in international drug or medical device companies with a deep understanding of registration procedures with EMEA, FDA, and other national agencies.

• Successful experience of interaction with international venture capital funds and preparation of investment memorandums will be a big plus.

Conditions:

We are ready to offer a suitable candidate a fixed-term annual agreement with an attractive level of payment (in the Russian jurisdiction), as well as a motivational part, which will be formed from a bonus for meeting KPIs, remuneration as a percentage of technology licensing transactions. Discussion of an option for a share in a company is appropriate.

The work does not imply the obligatory presence in the office of the company. However, the company has a comfortable office in Belgium (Leuven) and Russia (Moscow and Novosibirsk).
