You will be working on one of the company’s marketing directions improving marketing lead generation process and brand presence. Actually, you will take the lead on it by guiding the team and optimizing the channels.

Required Skills :

• Experience in marketing for at least 4 years
• Experience in B2B marketing (working on an agency side) for at least 1 year
• Advanced or fluent spoken and written English
• Positive, result-driven attitude

Would be a plus :

• Previous experience in a team-lead position
• Knowledge of the Magento industry
• Experience working with YouTrack (or other task tracking tools)
• Understanding the Agile methodology
• Proficient research skills and time management skills
• Attention to detail, “healthy perfectionism”

Responsibilities :

• Investigate, research and analyze the market, competitors, and target audience
• Work in close collaboration with the sales team: build & optimize marketing and sales funnels, improve communication and syncs between the departments
• Optimize current marketing channels and come up with the new one
• Create, coordinate, and prioritize your team work (in-house & outsource)
