Working in appflame – opportunity to develop your skills in special conditions, where the spirit of a startup, customized processes without bureaucracy and a team of your people are compatible.

We develop our own products in a social network/lifestyle. Our products operate primarily in Tier-1 markets, such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia and are in the Top 5 App Store rankings in their categories.

Your tasks will be:

• setup and perform customer development process;
• conduct user interviews;
• suggest improvements and new features based on data and researches;
• discover product usage, design experiments;
• track and analyze product & growth metrics;
• tasks planning and prioritization;
• conduct competitor research, identify market trends;
• review implemented tasks by the Dev team.

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in product management;
• experience in writing detailed product specifications;
• measurement of product success based on data;
• background in market research and data analysis;
• practical experience with data analytics/visualization tools (Amplitude, Tableau, etc);
• knowledge of app usage and UI/UX patterns depending on the platform;
• excellent knowledge of digital product development processes;
• experience in working with mobile apps is a plus;
• experience working as a data analyst/software developer is a plus.

On your first day HR Manager will meet you, she'll introduce you to the company and team, take a tour of the office and answer all your questions.
