We are looking for talented, pro-active and intelligent fresh graduates or career starters with exceptional written communication skills in English and Russian, who are willing to learn to become a Social Media/Communications Specialist at Haileybury Astana School. This person will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the school's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase school retention rate.

Main Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for regular update/improvement of Social Media strategy for Haileybury Astana
• Generate the content and maintain all social media channels of Haileybury Astana daily
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work with the school designer to ensure content is informative and appealing
• To be the main point of contact for other departments who need to generate specific content for Social Media
• To run social media advertising campaigns
• To prepare weekly reports
• Respond and engage with consumers
• Identify and react in a timely nature to tactical opportunities
• Drive engagement on our social media channels

• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons for whom you are responsible and with whom you come into contact;
• Maintain good order and discipline among the pupils and safeguard their health and safety, both when they are on the school premises and when they are engaged in authorized school activities elsewhere;
• Be aware of School policy and procedures regarding Child Protection and Safeguarding, and attend relevant training as required;
• Report all causes for concern to the Designated Safeguarding Leader. (DSL);

Requirements :

• Communication skills are needed for working with a variety of people in different departments

• Used to working to demanding deadlines and are able to prioritise tasks and projects
• Quick learner

Desirable:

• Some knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Be familiar with trending content

IT Skills (Mandatory)

• Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant software(s).
• Experienced in using a mass mailing system to deliver email communications and newsletters.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office packages and have knowledge of running data reports from a database

• Able to manage multiple social media accounts, groups and pages for the organization.

• Familiar with Popsters and knowledge of other social media analytics tools
• Have experience with launching campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager

Qualifications. Minimum Academic Degree required:

• BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
