• Manage construction activities on deep brownfield production facility

• Drive high safety culture with contractors
• Manage interfaces with different contractors and internal stakeholders
• Drive the developing/keeping up the Construction schedule for the project.
• Driving the construction inputs to the Project Execution Plans and Risk Registers.
• Manage field / detailed engineering
• Supporting the design process phase through constructability reviews, risk and opportunity reviews.
• Participating in the development of the contracting plan and participating in contract enquiry package development and bid reviews.
• Manage the entire construction effort on site to ensure efficient, safe construction execution to agreed quality, schedule and budget requirements.
• Act as contract holder for the construction contracts.
• Ensuring implementation of the project Quality Plan and Contractor Quality Plans.
• Ensuring that systems are implemented to monitor construction quality, schedules and costs.
• Interface with operations, engineering and procurement as required for safe and efficient construction execution.
• Monitoring of Site Queries to ensure appropriate and timely responses by Engineering.
• Monitor material deliveries to ensure timely delivery of the materials.
• Timely advises the Project management team on potential cost and schedule implications of changes and/ or execution inefficiencies.
• Providing construction input to resolution of Contractor claims (if any).

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Project or another production facility as a Construction Manager function in a multidiscipline Workforce
• Minimum 1-2 brownfield projects experience
• Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Supervisory experience
• English language – at least upper intermediate
• Experience in working with international companies is an advantage.
