We’re looking for an enthusiastic UX Writer to help shape the tone of voice and messaging for our product. As part of the product team, you’ll collaborate closely with product owners and UX designers to craft the voice of airSlate, keeping our users at the center of it all.

What you’ll bring:

• English fluency with excellent writing and editing skills.
• 1+ years of experience writing for consumer-facing apps and products.
• Experience working with product design, software development, quality assurance, marketing, or sales teams.
• Understanding of usability principles and UX best practices.
• A curiosity about how complex things work and a desire to improve them.
• Ability to rapidly learn about our products and services.
• Familiarity with customer research.
• Knowledge of Figma or other product design tools is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Create clear, consistent, error-free, and impactful copy across all of our product interfaces.
• Use simple, human language to explain complex product features.
• Collaborate with the product team (product managers, PO/BAs, designers, developers) to establish the right tone throughout the user experience.
• Together with other UX writers, establish tone and voice standards and use them in our daily writing.
• Systematize existing user journeys within the product.
• Identify the needs of end-users and analyze competitors.

This product combines e-signing, no-code robotic process automation, contract negotiation, document generation and web forms into a single business automation platform.
