We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and professional Supply Chain Specialist with experience in product management to join our fantastic team in Kyiv on a full-time basis.

This position will report directly to the Purchasing & Logistics Manager.

What will you do?

• Furthering relationships with existing suppliers through weekly engagement and communication;
• Developing and publishing a weekly Procurement Status Report (PSR) for internal review;
• Administrative duties such as, but not limited to, evaluating the accuracy of supplier documentation and resolving inconsistencies;
• Supporting in the launch and transition to new WMS/ERP Technologies;
• Key liaison with an internal cross-functional team to ensure successful product launches;
• Coordinating the flow of shipment documentation to ensure timely deliveries;
• Ad Hoc reporting for Finance, Product Development, and Ownership;

• Other duties may be assigned as the position and company evolve.

Skills we look for:

• 1-2 years of experience of relevant experience;
• High proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Proficient in MS Office and G Suite;
• Expert level of Excel proficiency required; Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and Macros;
• Basic knowledge of international ocean freight procedure, documentation, and units of measure;
• Incredibly detail-oriented and organized;
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities;
• Ability to work in a self-directed, entrepreneurial environment;
• Bachelors in a related field (Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, etc.).
