The CloudLinux Compliance team supports fast-growing CloudLinux and its range of products and services, makes CloudLinux business more ethical and transparent and ensures top management that the company is compliant with numerous applicable laws and regulations.

The CloudLinux Compliance team is reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and is looking to hire a Compliance Specialist who will be an integral part of our growing team.

This role is responsible for partnering closely with Operations, Infrastructure, Products, and Sales teams to:

• ensure that our vendors, newcomers, and freelancers/contractors successfully passed KYC process and Due Diligence;
• ensure that incoming Requests of Erasure are processed in a timely and effective manner;
• assist in the completion of the incoming Questionnaires and RFPs from numerous prospects and clients;
• assist the Compliance Officer in the revision and maintenance of the internal policies and procedures, training materials, numerous forms, and records.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of compliance program implementation, data protection, and privacy requirements in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, risk management framework, and internal audit, be able to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and be motivated to approach complex compliance issues.

Main Responsibilities:

• Strengthening and maintenance of the Regulatory compliance (SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, PCI DSS);
• Revision, drafting, and maintenance of the Compliance, Data Protection, and Information Security documentation;
• Gather due diligence documentation and complete the risk assessments for assigned third party relationships in accordance with the internal vendor risk assessment procedure;
• Contributing to internal audits to identify areas of compliance vulnerability and risk;
• Managing the Enterprise-Wide Risk Register with the relevant Risk Owners and monitoring the implementation of the Remediation actions plan;
• Participation in conducting and updating Compliance and Data Protection training;
• Processing and managing GDPR-related requests.

Main Requirements:

• University Degree (Legal, Finance, Economics);
• 3+ years experience as a compliance expert, or a similar position;
• Strong knowledge of Anti-bribery (FCPA and UKBA), Data privacy and protection (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), audit & investigation, industry processes, and regulations;
• Ability to manage complex and sensitive context with all levels of the organization;
• Ability to prioritize and lead action plans, take decisions while assuming associated risks;
• Ability to develop and maintain networks;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Advanced level of English.
