We are a team of highly skilled individuals working together on constant exciting architectural multi-family design projects looking to expand our team, we hire people that are willing to work in an environment that have the following core values, Innovation, Commitment, Accuracy, Clarity, Passion, Overachieve, and Listening

Currently, openings for Revit drafters to draft plans in Revit based on AutoCAD, PDF & Point Cloud files, many detailed specifications throughout the project, such as flooring, lighting, power, wall finishes, doors, windows, hardware, etc. everything needs to be implemented in Revit with High accuracy a proper way to automate every detail, and be able to create schedules for accurate take off’s.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to follow our detailed instruction manuals, Revit templates, and follow organized tasks provided in a very organized manner thru software that we use, any difficulties, questions, or ideas must be discussed with our Revit team leaders.
• You will be responsible to understand the design intent of our CAD, Sketchup files, 3d renderings, and model up all details precisely in Revit, find any discrepancies, report them, and provide solutions, be in contact with the team members on a daily basis to clarify inconsistencies.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work a minimum of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Must have a few years experience in Revit with High proficiency, and able to understand design intent to suggest the best solutions for modeling up the details and specifications in the most detailed diagram possible for readers to understand extremely easily.
