Обязанности работника:

• Promote the development of a predictive and preventative maintenance culture reflecting use of reliability centered maintenance technology, monitoring, data analysis and RCFA
• Support maintenance practices that will focus on reaching operational excellence, and enhance maintenance capabilities to deliver improved equipment reliability, decreasing repair and maintenance costs.
• Identify, implement and promote systems and standards ensuring the most efficient operation and technical suitability of the equipment.
• Manage the application and utilization of one or more technologies including vibration, thermography scan, UT, Tribology and other devices.
• Perform and manage equipment monitoring and data analysis to predict equipment failure rates to manage planning and coordination of repairs.
• Provide a technical analysis of different component or material specifications as required, in order to identify the most suitable components or material for a desired application.
• Perform Life-cycle cost analysis with the aim of comparing different technical options in regards to LOM cost and provide a recommendation on which option is more cost-effective.
• Calculate MTBF of equipment components to track reliability performance.
• Identify and perform equipment reliability improvements to increase MTBF, using continuous improvement methodologies, including but not limited to DMAIC (define-measure-analyze-improve-control).
• Calculate MTTR or maintenance tasks to track maintenance repair performance.
• Identify and perform equipment reliability improvements to reduce MTTR, using continuous improvements methodologies, including but not limited to SMET, TPM, and 5S.
• Provide consultation and support to the facilities as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of the assigned predictive technology for mechanical or electrical integrity compliance and equipment reliability.

Требования к работнику:

• • Higher (post-graduate) education in the relevant specialty without requirements to work experience.
  • Ability to understand and interpret drawings, diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Experience with RCFA, process optimization practices and statistical data analysis.
  • Experience with one or more predictive and preventative maintenance practices including but not limited to vibration analysis, IR, UT and tribology (preferably certified in a predictive technology at level 1 or 2).
• • Knowledge and experience of working with maintenance systems, including planning, scheduling, execution and analysis.
  • Advanced computer skills in industrial software such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD preferred.
  • Experience with computer business management systems software, preferably Ellipse, Oracle or SAP.
  • Knowledge of the RoK legislative and normative acts, methodological and other materials relating to maintenance activities.
  • Basic Knowledge of the RoK Labour Code, HSE and Fire Safety Rules and Standards.
  • The ability to prioritize work with constant adherence to H&S rules and the use of best practices.
  • Ability to keep self-control in stressful situations and make decisions independently.
• Skills in report writing, problem solving and troubleshooting of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
