Our client is a leading multinational manufacturer that produces wide range of consumer electronics products under globally recognized brand names. New position is open due to growth of financial department and better financial control and execution, the company is looking for a Tax Accountant to influence company's business.

Reporting to Chief Accountant, Tax Accountant is responsible for:

• Preparing tax returns, timely VAT payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.
• Preparation of statistical reports.
• Fixed asset accounting.
• Assurance the company taxes are calculated and paid according to the local legislation including review and approval/signing of tax declarations.
• Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions.
• Managing and maintaining the company’s tax database (SAP).
• Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits.
• Regular preparation of standard contracts in cooperation with the legal department.
• Company tax expenses analysis to create new projects scheme in order to decrease tax expenses.
• Ensure complying with regulations by forwarding required information to local authorities.
• Offer support and guidance during audits.
• Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden.
• Keeping track of industry trends and changes related to taxes.
• Preparing accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.

What working experience is preferred?

• The ideal candidate would have the previous experience with the international company in the role of Tax Accountant, Deputy Chief Accountant or Junior Accountant responsible for the preparing tax returns, timely VAT payments, necessary paperwork, and reports, contract preparation and analysis to avoid the tax risks.
• Additionally, the candidate should know the export / import legislation and transfer pricing, deferred tax accounting.
• The person would be a proficient PC user (SAP, Excel, MeDoc).
