We are looking for Senior Auditor at Assurance Competency Centre for our Partner — company that focused on providing the highest quality services in the areas of audit, tax advisory, consulting and technology development.

Role

Assurance Competency Centre is a vital element of company’s distributed delivery model that contributes to standardization and automation of the audit process. The Competency Center is currently in its initial phase of development and at this stage is focused on Financial Statement Line Items (FSLIs) requiring less audit judgement. Such FSLIs are audited by the Competency Center team in a standard way, which allows for the exactly right level of effort applied to the audit (i.e. no overaudit and no gaps). Standard work plans then allow company to introduce automations to further increase the audit efficiency and provide a completely new audit experience for their teams and their clients.

As part of the Assurance Competency Centre you will work directly with a broad and diverse range of clients, unconstrained by the traditional firm structure. You will utilize the latest technology to supervise the delivery of key audit areas, based in Lviv office. In doing so you will improve the quality, efficiency, and innovation in these areas.

Requirements:

• 2+ of experience in external audit;
• Upper-intermediate written and verbal English;
• Experience of handling multiple assignments and coaching team members;
• An ability to generate new ideas and lead by example.

As a Senior Auditor within the Assurance Competency Centre you will:

• Be a coach and mentor to your team, helping them build core audit and professional skills;
• Review their work, in line with accounting and auditing requirements and operating procedures;
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both clients and front-line delivery teams;
• Drive continuing innovation in how we deliver the audit, including ideas for greater automation.

This role offers the potential for flexible working. Minimal travel will be required with the vast majority of client interactions being virtual in nature. Relocation assistance will be available, and considered on a case by case basis.
