Startups Coordinator, Kiev

We're looking for an energetic and passionate Startups Coordinator, to lead client’s startup programs in Ukraine. In this role you will be a key figure in the startup ecosystem and will be critical to fueling its growth.

As a Startup Coordinator, you will lead all company’s startups activities in Ukraine, build partnerships with startups and engagements with the local startup ecosystem players, focused on cloud, and learn how to best leverage resources to empower and grow a healthy, diverse and innovative startup network.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping startups grow, familiar with and invested in the startup community in Ukraine, and excellent at operations and program management. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in program management, cross functional collaboration, relationship building, and contribute to fastest growing businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage startups within the company’s Startups programs, while supporting them as they develop as true business partners
• Invest in and grow strong partnerships with accelerators, investors, innovation hubs, community groups, and more

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of business development and customer facing experience
• Cloud experience preferred
• Strong experience in program management
• Strong collaborative skills
• Strong communication skills
• Out of the box problem solving skills
• Bachelor degree or higher (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Engineering, Technology)
• Excellent English, excellent Ukrainian and Russian is a must
