We are looking for a procurement specialist that will be responsible for the indirect spendings of our company. The specialist will be responsible for the Bilfinger Tebodin CEE area which contains out of Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Russia and Ukraine.
Responsibility for the full purchasing process:
- Analyzing purchase needs, preparing inquiries together with relevant budget holders;
- Indirect responsible for the purchasing of EUR 9M;
- Sourcing and selecting of new suppliers in accordance with the company's rules;
- Conducting negotiations price and purchase conditions and terms of cooperation terms;
- Preparing contracts and managing purchase documentation with help of Onventis Go Spend Tool;
- Monthly and quarterly reviews of the internal control systems connected to the procurement process;
- Cooperation with other supporting departments mainly Human Resources, IT and Facility management in the area of purchasing activities;
- Monthly reporting of procurement savings;
- Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, business partners.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years Proven experience on the similar position;
- Experience within various procurement categories including but not limited to Labor agencies, Freelancers, Rental agencies;
- Experience in negotiating & communication within an international environment;
- University degree (preferred in technical or economic area);
- Good knowledge of procurement processes;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good level of English;
- Knowledge of Russian Language is a pre;
- Knowledge of Onventis Go Spend tool is a pre;
- Knowledge of internal control systems is a pre.
