About the role:

We are looking for an Education Consultant/ Study abroad manager to join our office Nur-Sultan

Manager will be working closely with students/ parents interested in education abroad to provide professional advice and services including initial consultation, program proposal, application management and processing (to obtain university or school offer letter), visa support and pre - departure information.

Study abroad manager will be the main point of contact for clients/schools during the entire application process and in some cases will be supervising students even after their departure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with people and educational organizations, be highly motivated, result orientated and able to work with pupils and students. Part of this role is to enroll new students and promote the services, participate in events and education fairs to attract new students and promote the services/products offered by Be Global. Manager should be result-orientated and able to achieve targets and goals;

Requirements and Skills:

• Native speaker of Kazakh language is a must, fluent Russian and upper intermediate level of English, very good presentation, communication, writing skills;
• ability to travel for business trips within cities of Kazakhstan 4-5 times a year, ability to travel overseas for professional trainings and university visit business trips;
• 3+ years of professional working experience in a customer facing role in educational organizations, study centers, international department of a local or foreign university, or other related industry;
• bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in teaching, education, psychology, marketing, business administration, economics etc;
• study abroad experience is highly preferred, but not required;
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, parents, foreign partners and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds;
• Service-minded, good personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills and desire to work in a progressive and achieving team of industry professional;
