• Controls the quality of input materials, compliance with technical regulations, building codes and regulations, technical conditions and work technology, quality of materials, their compliance with established requirements

• Ensures fulfillment of quality improvement assignments

• Timely identify, eliminate and prevent defects, defects in input materials, as well as the reasons for their occurrence

• Participates in the development, improvement and implementation of the quality management system, the creation of standards and norms of quality indicators, monitors their observance

• Studying the causes of deterioration in the quality of work, participates in the development of measures to eliminate them

• Examines and analyzes complaints and claims to the quality of work, prepares conclusions and maintains correspondence on the results of their consideration

• Prepares conclusions on the conformity of the quality of incoming raw materials, materials, components to standards, specifications and prepares documents for filing claims with suppliers

• Studying the best practices for the development and implementation of quality management systems

• Takes part in the creation of standards for the organization for quality management, in the preparation of activities related to the implementation of standards and technical conditions for the work performed, as well as in the development and implementation of the most advanced systems of control methods that provide for the automation and mechanization of control operations and the creation for these purposes means, including non-destructive testing means

• Takes part in the development of methods and instructions for the current quality control of work and the preparation of documents certifying their quality

• Keeps records and reports on its quality management activities

• Participates in the work of the commission for the investigation of industrial accidents

• Physical principles of operation, possibilities, and areas of application of measurement methods

• Know the methodology for performing measurements, control, and testing of equipment

• Filling out the documentation based on the results of control and testing

• Development of proposals for replacement with power supply organizations

• Tracking and filing data on compliance with technological discipline in the workplace

• Systematic random control of compliance with the requirements of technical documents and Company standards at workplaces

• Coordination of new methods and means of process quality control, metrological and production departments of the Company

• Higher education, bachelor's degree (Electrical, Instruments, Automation or any other similar discipline)

• CompEx modules or any other similar internationally recognized E&I Inspection certificates

• RoK Regulatory normative legal requirements (capable to verify compliance with RoK regulations)

• Experience in Quality Control activities of at least 5 years

• Work experience in the International Oil & Gas field at least 3 years

• Experience in “Incoming Inspection of E&I Materials”

• Experience in incoming control of Piping materials

• Experience in incoming control of Civil materials

• Fluent English Speaking and writing

• Computer literate (MS Office, SAP)
