В крупную нефтяную компанию требуется Координатор по обслуживанию зданий и сооружений.

Основные требования: административный опыт работы с уклоном в логистику и материалы. Знание IPES.

Хорошее владение английским языком.

Обязанности работника:

• Day-to-Day operational oversight of contractor performance and compliance. QA/QC of contractor’s day-to-day activities. Overall management responsibility for ensuring safe and efficient operation of the Facilities Services Contractors.
• Administer non-process facility preventive maintenance system. Participates in the development, execution and improvement of maintenance plans including preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Provides support to non-process Facility Supervisor in development of a strategic asset preservation program to ensure assets are managed to provide maximum value.
• Ensures work prioritization and planned scheduling is carried out to maximize the effectiveness and quality of work to be performed, safely, completed correctly, in a timely manner, and in compliance with the ENL Work Management System.
• Ensures Facilities Supervisor (Logistics), Field Logistics Superintendent and Chayvo OPF, Nogliki Camp and Odoptu OPF Field Work Team (FWT) are informed of major issues and safety concerns.
• A leading proponent of the Job Safety Analysis process and ensures all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and effective manner by non-process maintenance service provider (contractor).
• Ensures the quality and completion for all maintenance tasks and work activities performed by each member of contractor workforce.
• Support Non-Process Facilities Services Supervisor to monitor budget spent of the Chayvo camp, Nogliki Camp and Odoptu OPF facilities and non-process infrastructure maintenance activities.

Требования к работнику:

• EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Twelfth grade (12) secondary education or equivalent certificate preferably enhanced by technical school and/or university courses
• Degree or comparable qualifications in Civil Building / Infrastructure, Architect, Engineering or Logistics.
• Safety leadership qualifications or certifications

• SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED

• General Technical Skills:
• Understanding of company processes is preferable: Production Best Practice (PBP); Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS); International Production Enterprise System (IPES); Facility Integrity Management System (FIMS); Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS); Equipment Strategy Development; Spare Parts Inventory Development (SPID)
• Excellent understanding of utility support systems, power generators and other units e.g.: Electrical power; Bulk (non-potable) water; Drinking water; Waste Water Systems; Fire Detection and Alarm Systems; Fire Water Systems; HVAC; Emergency Lightning; Telecom / Computing Service; Fuel Dispensing Facilities; Other systems and equipment
• Strong safety and compliance focus, setting challenging targets for the team and individuals
• Strong proficiency in English and Russian
• Specific Technical Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of safety management tools and processes. (Stepback 5x5, JSA, Risk Assessment).
• Knowledge of Russia regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of field road maintenance, and facility maintenance requirements for non-process area facilities.
• Advanced ability in identifying risks, and facilitating solutions for improved performance of Logistics operations.
• Strong written communication and reporting skills.
• Advanced applications ability (SAP, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.).

• RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

• 2-5 years’ experience with civil building and infrastructure maintenance functions, with remote experience preferred.
• 2+ year’s Contract Administration experience.
• Experience within a large corporation or complex organizational setting.
• Experience managing contractors within a dynamic, challenging and unpredictable environment.
• Demonstrated experience in coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience of using SAP (or other) computerized maintenance management tools.

• Зарплата за 28 дней вахты и 2 дня тревела 138,000 рублей на руки
