Responsibilities:

The repair & return and rentals coordinators position involves providing services to our clients, coordinating the entire repair process, working with our procurement team and suppliers to ensure the appropriate parts for repair, recalibration or verification are conducted in a timely manner that meets the Project schedule. Full Compliance with Kentech and where required Clients HSE requirements is mandatory for this role. Promote the highest level of safety is performed and when required take part in HSE Audits. Ensure your subordinates embrace and use the take 5 system and where required perform risk analysis prior to work being carried out. Repair and return coordinator controls the rental equipment, tools and equipment that need to be sent for service, repair or recalibration and raises the necessary paperwork (Repair and return form, Materials Request with costs for Client approval and the Oracle PR ) and tracks these items from dispatch to receiving. Some examples of your daily activities may include receiving initial customer calls to get details of their specific requirements, providing timely information to our customers and line managers, monitoring work progress for fieldwork and applying strong computer and data entry skills to accomplish them. Repair & return & rental process. This role will also be responsible for managing the tools calibration register and keeping both electronic and original certification for all tools and equipment. The certification register should be issued to the project teams and support team in Atyrau every week to ensure complete visibility and to address any issues or concerns. Your role will be to provide customers with quality solutions and services and to highlight any areas of concern to your line Manager before they become unmanageable. You must have exceptional computer skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and analytical thinking. Repair & return & rental coordinator requires a hands-on approach, a strong work ethic, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced customer-first environment, and a commitment to excellence.
