Dania Accounting is an international accounting firm with teams in Denmark, Poland and Ukraine.

Our main office is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We have a strong team of accounting professionals in Ukraine servicing 300+ clients.

Our employees in Ukraine are mainly located in Kyiv, Odessa, Lvov and Kharkov.

The majority of our clients comes from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, France and the UK.

At the moment we are hiring 3 new trainee accountants for our team in Ukraine.

We offer a paid trainee period to all of our trainees that covers all relevant aspects of accounting, payrolls, VAT and tax rules.

The trainees we are looking for:

Job description:

You will start with a trainee period of 3-6 months, depending on your current level of experience.

The trainee period is paid.

After the trainee period, you will be allocated a number of clients, that you are responsible for.

Depending on the client requirements, your daily tasks after the trainee period typically will include:

• Communicating directly with your clients
• Training with your team and new colleagues
• Advising clients on tax and VAT related issues
• Retrieving information from the Danish tax office
• Issuing sales invoices
• Booking cost invoices
• Paying bills for clients
• Matching payments from customers with sales invoices
• Sending reminders and statements to customers
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Reconciliation of customers
• Reconciliation of suppliers
• Declaring VAT
• Calculating tax
• Making payrolls
• Preparing for annual audit
• Preparing annual reports
• Preparing tax declarations
• Assisting with tax inspections
• And other relevant tasks

You will be part of a team of Ukrainian accountants that you interact with on a daily basis.

You will have a dedicated team leader that conducts the training with you, helps you with planning, answers questions you might have and checks the work you have done.

Salary:

We offer you a paid trainee period of 3-6 months, depending on your current level of skills.

During these initial 3-6 months, we offer a trainee salary of:

• Trainee accountant with little or no experience: 25.000 UAH gross
• Trainee accountant with +2 years of experience: 25.000-30.000 UAH gross
• Trainee accountant with +5 years of experience: 30.000-35.000 UAH gross

The salary you can expect after the trainee period typically ranges from 35.000-65.000 UAH gross.

The salary will depend on your performance, how many clients you can handle, experience etc.

After a successful trainee period, we offer you a permanent employment contract.

You will get a normal employment contract in our Ukrainian company and you will have stable employment conditions in compliance with the Ukrainian legislation.
