We are looking for a professional acts as coach, mentor and peer to managers, management team and department heads of all functions and levels as well to all employees to support them in executing the routine to deploy our holistic Teknos Kaizen System.

This person will be involved in

• develop, train and coach future and current site employees within the region as well as all levels of managers;
• develop ways to share best practices across the region and network with other KPOs;
• moderate/facilitate Kaizens and events to teach and realize results;
• support regional and local training facilitation efforts;
• (indirect) leadership for all leaders of all functions and department heads as well as all employees from a Kaizen knowledge point of view;
• maintaining and developing continuous improvement culture in Teknos Russia;
• participating in Kaizen meetings of the Kaizen Focus Group
• carry out cross audits in other factories;
• participating in Group trainings and meetings;
• planning, organizing, coordinating and monitoring of the Teknos Kaizen System deployment;
• report activities, Kaizen benefits and costs to Group;
• other improvement related tasks and systematic problem-solving skills in Teknos Russia.

We required

• Master's degree: industrial / business engineering, business economics or organizational development;
• Lean Management/ Kaizen background / certification;
• Project management background / certification;
• Fluent English skill;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience related with Lean Production System embedding in industrial environment preferably within chemical or process industry;
• Ability to work independently & conducting a value stream mapping;
• Ability to project management and people management with supportive approach;
• An energetic, positive attitude, the spotlight is where the person feels comfortable
• Change management knowledge;
• Travel readiness to other Teknos countries.
