We are looking for an SMM specialist to join our Marketing Department! Our ideal candidate finds inspiration in looking for new ideas, creates engaging messages, knows how to grab readers’ attention, and never stops learning. We need a specialist who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• SMM strategy development and implementation;
• Independently obtain information about the company's activities from colleagues and provide it to the target audience to attract customers;
• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
• Monitor social media trends;
• Writing articles, posts, blogs, managing social profiles
• Content plan creation and publishing across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Viber);
• Develop advertising and support campaigns;
• Create ideas for the visual style of accounts. Preparation of detailed terms of reference for the designer;
• Analysis of the activity and effectiveness of the placement on a weekly and monthly basis;

• Closely work with the production team.
• Research competitor’s SMM activities;

Requirements:

• You get motivated and inspired by a growing number of followers and reactions in social media;
• Experience with brand awareness and performance campaigns;
• You have 2-3 years of experience in helping brands come into spotlight in Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, Twitter;
• Ability to find common ground with different audiences, from a first time buyer to accomplished automotive dealer;
• You have perfect SMM knowledge: social media features, metrics, audiences, possibilities for advertisement, etc.
• You are versed in jump-starting targeted ad campaigns;
• You have experience with using the tools for making creative materials;
• You have basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva
• You have experience in creating posts in Ukrainian, Russian or English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced).
