The Human Resources and Labor Relations Coordinator belongs to the category of specialists, which is accepted and dismissed by the Order of the Director General on the recommendation Project Manager.
The position of the Coordinator for Human Resources and Labor Relations should be occupied by a person who has a higher education, completed a special training course and has a minimum work experience in the relevant discipline for 3 years.
Human Resources and Labor Relations Coordinator reports directly to the Leading Manager of Tengiz Project and Human Resources Manager.
The Coordinator for Human Resources and Labor Relations should understand the following matters related to his work:
Normative and legal acts, methodological materials related to the maintenance of accounting data and the movement of the personnel;
Have extensive knowledge of labor law;
Structure and staff of the company;
The order of registration, maintenance and storage of the documentation connected with workers and their movement;
The procedure for assigning the names of occupations for workers and employees, complete and continuous service records, benefits, compensations, procedure for registration of pensions;
Recording for staff movements and reporting procedures;
Procedure for maintaining the Company's personnel database and scheduling of rotation shifts by individual projects;
Basics of record keeping;
Computing, communication and interaction technologies;
Health and safety rules and regulations;
Settlement of disputes.
Record keeping of the company's workforce and structural units in summary forms of templates for primary documentation.
Fulfillment of formalities in connection with the hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor laws, decisions and orders of the Company's management, as well as documentation of labor relations (employment contracts, orders, additions).
Creation and maintenance of personal files of employees, introduction of appropriate amendments related to labor relations.
Maintaining of labor discipline in the Company's structural units and monitoring their compliance with internal labor regulations.
Consultation of employees on labor issues, within his competence.
Participation in the development of a collective agreement, organization of meetings with employees to discuss the collective agreement on sites
Making of the related reports. Organization of drawing up and execution of schedules of annual leaves development of measures to strengthen labor discipline, loss of working time, control of their implementation
Work with an integrated HR management system (hiring, firing, transferring, annual leaves, reviewing wages, updating and correcting personal data, etc.).
Coordination of all required training courses for Company’s employees.
Participation in meetings on labor issues organized by the Customer.
Close contact with the company's personnel at the sites in order to resolve disputes, complaints, requests, statements.
Interaction with the Human Resources Department of the Head Office.
Receiving (primary) and updating of personal files and sending them to the Head Office.
Coordination of the document flow between Head Office in Atyrau and Tengiz
Requirements:
Min 3 years of proven experience as an IR / HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position;
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in Kazakh, Russian, and English
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Good organizational and time management skills
Bachelors in Business Administration or relevant field;
Additional education in Law or Human Resource Management will be a plus
