Phase Scope / Requirement
• Building new solutions and integrating company existing systems to meet business goals
• Researching and analyzing existing company technology stack with solutions, data and market to provide best solution
• Assessing the business impact in case of certain technology, architecture and design are taken
• Provide updates to stakeholders on product development process
• Providing supervision and guidance to DevOps teams as necessary
• Analyzing business ideas and requirements to convert them tangible solution from architecture perspective
• Analyzing and understanding business processes from end to end and provision technical solution to improve it
• Consulting business stakeholders, project team on best practices, solutions and architecture design
• Development design criteria and specifications for complex data analyzing, integration and visualization systems
• Develop, review and update architecture design documents
• Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing enhancements where necessary
• Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented

Skills Listing
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering or other related field
• Proven experience in engineering and solution architecture design
• Project Management skills
• Efficient communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Oil&Gas Industry processes on Upstream are proffered
• Experience of integrating and visualizing real-time and structured engineering data
o Knowledge of Production accounting, planning, management, reservoir simulation systems in Oil&Gas Industry are good to have
? Energy Components, XHQ, PI System, Primavera, ERP systems and many others
• Experience on solutions development for Integrated production optimization and planning
• Ability to convert theoretical ideas to technical design and solutions
• Experience on projects run by Agile Methodology
• SAFe DevOps practitioner, SAFe for Architects trainings are good to have
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
• Experience in Oil and Gas Industry as Technical Lead, Solution Architect
• Current understanding of best practices regarding system integration and visualization
• Experience in software engineering and design architecture
