To manage processes and systems in production departments, such as Primary, Secondary, Filtremaking, in order to ensure standards of quality, safety and efficacy. Initiate and manage the review and optimization of processes in order to increase production efficiency, reduce losses and waste, improve product quality and working conditions. To provide production departments and factory management with data analysis on key performance indicators of production and propose options for improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• PLANNING AND CONTROL

Plan production and optimize short, middle and long term production plans in close cooperation with OPAR, Supply Chain, QA&EHS, Engineering and technical Services. Plan special production processes, such as new brand launch and marketing projects. Plan installation, start-up, training and hand over to production of the new Secondary equipment. Plan and control VAO production, FG rework and Tax Stickers processing activities.

• MANUFACTURING SUPPORT

To plan, organize and control the supply of production departments with NTM and other materials during continuous production process in accordance with productivity and cost objectives, and in compliance with GMP, quality, safety, housekeeping and other appropriate standards. Plan and organize production logistics processes, control implementation of the following, most crucial, processes:

- NTM and special stamps receiving and distribution in manufacturing area

- waste removal from manufacturing area and Secondary dust collection

- rejected cigarettes reworking and transfer to Primary

- finished goods handling in Secondary and transfer to FG Warehouse

- semi-products handling in Secondary and transfer to NTM Warehouse

• PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS

Ensure Secondary technological and organizational processes compliance to PM standards and correct implementation of these processes in production departments. Initiate and supervise projects aimed at improvement of main KPIs by means of processes optimization. Organize and supervise implementation of the best practices and methods based on other PM factories experience. Coordinate and motivate people in Production and other Factory departments involved in the projects. Regularly control the results against the pre-set targets and take preventive and corrective actions to achieve them.

• PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT AND PROJECTS

Coordinate and control new equipment installation, start-up and hand-over to production process including auxiliary equipment and equipment for special marketing projects in cooperation with Engineering Project group and Technical Services. Contribute to KPI targets development for the new equipment and follow-up their achievement. Coordinate production sub-functions involved into the new equipment start-up.

• SPECIAL PRODUCTION PROCESSES

Ensure timely VAO products assembling. Communicate with third parties – service providers, on issues related to work optimization and services cost reduction

Organize and control processes of:

- Repacking;

- Cutting Excise Stamps;

- Rejects rework

Ensure full compliance of work performed with PM policies and procedures.

• BUDGET

Propose, justify and submit to Management planned expenses for manufacturing support and supply.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree
• Supervisory or Managerial experience minimum 2 years
• Work experience in Production and Maintenance minimum 1 years
• English fluent.
• Strategic thinking ability.
• High analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of relevant processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Secondary equipment.
• Understanding of SAP system functioning.
• Word, Excel Power Point, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook - good knowledge.
