Economist / Accountant / Bookkeeper
Are you a qualified Economist / Accountant with a minimum of 2 year experience looking for your next challenge? Are you looking to work in a varied and challenging new position working for company based in Odessa?
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for handling the full sets of accounts
- Process semi-monthly payroll
- Ensure timely submission of financial and management reports
- Prepare management and statutory reporting, forecasting and annual budgeting
- Responsibility for the month end closing and financial reporting
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required
- Willingness to work night shifts (14:00-22:00)
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
The Economist / Accountant will be a qualified accountant (Bachelor/ Master degree in Accounting, Finance or related major preferred) who possesses strong core accounting skills. Experience of a range of software packages (QuickBooks) would be an advantage. You must have written and spoken English, fast and accurate data processing skills, work to high standards, be able to meet tight deadlines and be a team player. This role will offer the opportunity to work with the senior management team and as such you will need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the company.
