About Us

“Neva International” as part of ExpoForum International is leading company on the Russian maritime exhibitions field. ExpoForum International portfolio includes more than 40 own projects in different industries, which are included among the top events in their respective fields: St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, Russian International Energy Forum, AgroRus International Agrobusiness Exhibition and Fair, SmartTransport International Innovative Forum of Passenger Transport, International Forum Russian Industrialist and many others.

The company manages two specialized venues: Lenexpo Exhibition Complex and Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Center. Both venues annualy hosted 200 events of different formats, attended by more than 1,4 million people.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and increasing sales for your area
• Lead, motivate international sales agents
• To develop a project strategy
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
• Seeking and securing sponsorship
• Increasing business opportunities
• Coordinating stand designers and equipment hire
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Compiling and analysing sales figures
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Reporting to CEO

We are looking for someone who:

• Is open to learning new things and extremely proactive
• Will drive projects independently
• Is detail oriented, organized, multi-tasker capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent time management
• Comfortable working in multicultural environment
• Excellent communicator and people-oriented person

Skills and Experience:

• Fluent English
• Maritime market understanding will be preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience selling in the conference/exhibition sector
• Bachelor/Master's degree in sales, marketing, or related fields may be preferred
• Independent, self-motivated, resilient, determined, assertive, good objection handler, capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines and prioritising.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communicator, authoritative and credible diplomat/ambassador.
• Commercially astute, capable of adding value to unit, portfolio, and company.
• Ability to seize new business opportunities

Work conditions:

Travel: during the working day and absence from home overnight is occasional.
Working hours: Monday-to-Friday office hours, but additional unsocial hours can include evenings and weekends.
