Our client is international logistics service providers, who offer partners complex solutions for their value chain - individually, innovatively and sustainably. Who looking for Operation Director.

They are:

• offer logistics solutions for the whole world from 15 countries
• 140+ years in the market
• offer holistic solutions in the areas of e-commerce, transport, sea and air freight, customs processing, storage, parcel delivery and real estate management from advice to implementation of a logistics concept.

Our candidate:

• Have experience in a similar position from 5 years (warehouse logistics)
• University degree (business management, finance or HR)
• Driving license.
• Knowledge of warehousing and distribution procedures
• Very good computer skills, esp. Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Very good knowledge about TMS and WMS systems
• Practical knowledge of commercial, civil and employment law regulations
• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
• Communicative knowledge of second foreign language (German preferrable)

Main duties:

• Leading a team
• Ensuring the development of subordinates
• Creation and implementation of the division budget
• Responsibility for the implementation of the KPIs set out in contracts with customers
• Responsibility for improving quality and productivity of warehousing services
• Developing relationships with current and future customers
• Supervising level of operating costs
• Implementing new logistics projects
• Participates in international project, when necessary
• Realizes other duties according to requirements of Managing Director
