BACKGROUND

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Evaluation of staff training needs, identification of employee growth areas and filling knowledge gaps;
2. Participation in the management evaluation process;
3. Conducting training on the results of managerial evaluations;
4. Development and adaptation of training materials for company employees and employees of partners in the region and the country;
5. Organization and conduct of full-time training for company employees and employees of partners. (PSTP, Classroom, Workshop);
6. Conducting product and skill webinars for employees of the company and the region (online-trainings);
7. Conducting product webinars for employees of partners in the region and the country (online-trainings);
8. Conducting trainings at a point of sale of partners to draw attention to the product and remove primary objections and collect examples of objections, to broadcast their elaboration to company employees in the region;
9. Analysis of competitors and creation of comparative materials;
10. Participation in the recruitment process;
11. Participation in the process of adaptation of new company employees in the region;
12. Submission of monthly reports and additional reports at the request of the head;
13. Creating, conducting and reporting on the effectiveness of conducting face-to-face trainings using tests and AOS;
14. Drawing up and maintaining a schedule of daily activities (weekly);
15. Providing reports about executed business trips;
16. Adhoc tasks from the head of trainings.

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE

1. Relevant experience from 1 year;
2. Willingness to travel;
3. Knowledge of English language will be an advantage;
4. Open-mind person.
