German IT company invites Software Tester for her friendly multinational team.

Location office: Germany, Berlin

Key responsibilities:

• Responsibility to work on customer support issues from beginning to end.
• Support customer to identify problems in software, and the control bugs after correction by developers.
• Direct contact with global customer base
• Opportunity to improve software by giving direct feedback to developer team
• The testing department checks for usability and understandability of new features (to find out if features are available for all use cases).
• Solutions integrated into Microsoft Office, need to pay close attention to company's compatibility with the supported Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Operating Systems, and their respective updates.
• Bugs report writing in the internal system
• Testing of new functions, including logical consistency and clarity products. Responsible for the release.
• Running auto tests on a recurring functionality. It is necessary to develop, promote and maintain auto tests.
• Testing solutions for various devices tablets, PCs, docking stations, smartphones, etc.

Products: Graphics products, which offer great potential for automation of layout tasks that are traditionally performed by PowerPoint users themselves.

What you need:

• Higher IT education, academic degree.
• Quality Assurance experience from 1 year at IT software company
• Excellent technical skills (MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Power Point, Microsoft Operating Systems as admin).
• Experience with auto-testing, interface testing, logical testing
• Attentive and detail-oriented
• Precise, systematic approach to work
• Highly self-motivated
• All fields of study welcome
• Proactive position, high level of communication,
• Fluent English
• German as a plus
