The project concerns the EPC for the utilities, infrastructures and off-sites facilities of a greenfield plant for the treatment of Natural Gas, located in East Russia.

Responsibilities:

• To take part in preparation of Project Vendor List considering Project requirements;
• To create and maintain, the project procurement procedures, guidelines and project procurement standards of the project;
• To coordinate the procurement activities, starting from an issue of Material requisitions up to the delivery of materials at site;
• To control compliance of procurement activities with project schedule and budget allocation;
• To ensure the overall project procurement coordination among the operational centres (other companies of the group, sub-contractors, partners, site) involved in the procurement activities of the project;
• To coordinate the issue of project procurement reporting;
• To support purchasing department in the application of liquidated damages to Vendors;
• To manage the application of back-charges to Vendors in coordination with Purchasing and Administration Department;
• To manage, in coordination with Administration department an expired technical/performance warranties.

Qualification:

• University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent

Requirements:

• Native Russian speaker;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent IT and analytical skills;
• Good organizational skills and accuracy;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution;
• Attention to detail, strong communications and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Relevant experience in oil & gas /industrial sector/ EPC projects;
• Similar role covered at least in last three projects (minimum 7-10 years), of comparable size.;
• Experience working on the Contractor side.
