Accountabilities:

Design and manage a road map that ensures a common and unified approach to legal support of Distributors, Wholesalers and LKA customers (Po1 and Dairy);
Work toward promoting corporate awareness as to the importance of antitrust and trade law compliance to all areas (Po1 and Dairy sales teams);
Train employees on issues related to antitrust and trade law in order to avoid lawsuit/exposure;
Work with litigation area in cases involving Distributors, Wholesalers and LKA customers bad bebts collection and bancruptcy processes;
Develop, review and approve internal policies related to employees of Distributors, Wholesalers and LKA support teams;
Develop strong skills regarding antitrust and trade law matters, work on the prevention of issues related to those aspects, aiming at the reduction of liabilities;
Drafting and verifying sampling contracts;
Drive common and unified approach to legal support of relation with Distributors, Wholesalers and LKA clients
Provide legal guidance and internal consulting to Po1 and Dairy sales teams on antimonopoly and trade law issues
Manage the antimonopoly compliance for Po1 and Dairy sales teams in order to minimize antimonopoly violations

Key Skills/Experience Required:

Education: Degree in Law (antitrust specialization)
Negotiation skills, representation in state bodies
Previous experience: 5+ years in sales and marketing legal support
English (Upper-intermediate level is a must )
Very high independence in carried projects with the minimum supervision and in day to day work within the scope of responsibility
Sense of ownership, multidisciplinary profile, flexible, assertive and resilient and resulted oriented
Fast and professional reactions to emerging problems;
Ability to set priorities
Ability to network with local clients and external advisors to obtain necessary help and support for related projects
