Our business teams publish a lot of content/material to our live eCommerce websites. We need to provide quality control for several teams to ensure content is accurate for our website visitors. Some of the processes that will be reviewed include: product information publish, promotion validations, content publish, and more. eCommerce QA Analyst will help us minimize mistakes, misprints and make sure, that our customers get the best experience communicating through our marketing channels.

So, the objective for this role is to validate and audit operations of various teams to ensure error-free experience for our online customers/website visitors. Identify issues and escalate to the appropriate teams for fixes.

Basic requirements:

· Attention to details. This role imply extreme attentiveness and details oriented mind.

· Responsibility. Quality control is almost the front line of the company. Our customers will not be happy with poor results of work of this role

· Rationality. Strong desire to automate daily routines, intolerance to inefficient actions

· Self learning. We expect that our new teammate will boost our marketing productivity in a very short terms. Also it’s a perfect way grow your career in e-commerce industry.

Professional requirements:

· Office work experience - at least 1 year

· Understanding of eCommerce business and/or digital marketing practices; personal experience with buying/sellings goods via Internet

· Experience with popular tools and utilities like browsers, email clients, IDE, WYSWYG editors, file comparing tools, command line is a must.

· Basic HTML markup knowledge, ability to validate code.

· Experience with common MS Office tools, Sharepoint

· Intermediate Excel skills are a must

· English level: upper intermediate both spoken and written

· IT related professional certificates are welcome.

· Experience with Jira or any other task management system is a plus.

Main duties:

· Promo materials and campaigns testing

· Coupons check, bulk data testing

· Assuring lack of misprints and misspells

· Automatization of daily routines

· Auditing product information & classification, and more.

· Constant self-learning and improvements of QC and QA tools.
