Our current opening is for qualified Sales & Recruitment Support Representative – CIS market.

As ILAC’s Sales & Recruitment Support Representative, we expect you to be a sales & customer service oriented professional, who comes from a customer-centric business environment with the ability to function in a highly dynamic and fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing long-term and effective relationships with our agencies/partners while promoting ILAC programs in the CIS market. The Sales & Recruitment Support Representative identifies new business opportunities and agents, as well as continuously promotes ILAC, participating in educational fairs and marketing events. Also, you will train agents on updates, new programs, support them with any inquiries to ensure ILAC provides a high customer service quality.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing and Sales or related field;
• At least 2 years of successful working experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Service;
• Experience in education industry is preferred;
• Event Planning experience is an advantage;
• Bilingual ability both in English and Russian languages, fluency in the Ukrainian language is an asset;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MailChimp;
• Mathematical competence;

Working Conditions:

• Travelling is required;
