WebIdeas Partners - Kyiv, Ukraine is a Los Angeles, California based Internet Venture, Investment & Management company focused on e-commerce for both pure internet activity (data, date sites, information, etc.) and online product sales.

General professional experience:

• Preferably more than 1 years of general professional experience in IT project management
• Advanced knowledge of IT projects and systems in public sector

Responsibilities:

• Do various functions of programming related to websites the company is using and building. Will need to know C++, Ruby on Rails, PHP, .Net and other programming languages, Web-Design;
• Manage all aspects programming and maintaining office computer and phone systems, including research and part of decision making of what systems to use;
• Do research and analyze software and firmware the company will use to expand its operations with focus on security of data;
• Coordinate implementation of software, firmware, Voip systems and other technology needed to operate;
• Create, manage and update databas
• Create, manage and update cloud's;
• Create, manage and update security systems;
• Provide and present information and research to management related to all of the related areas stated above;
• At least a Bachelor degree in computer science and/or technology. A master degree is an asset
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• PC literacy (advanced IT management tools, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Word; Visio is an asset)
• Fluency in English
• Experience working for a startup is an asset.

Requirements:

• Fluent Written and Spoken English;
• High education in IT, programming and/or office tech management;
• 1-2 years in IT, programming or office tech management;
• MUST BE INTUITIVE AND BE ABLE TO QUICKLY UNDERSTAND A PROBLEM AND SOLVE IT.;
• Above average computer skills in Excel, Word & PowerPoint;
• negotiations skills.

Work Hours:

• Monday - Friday, but you will be on call for emergencies for evenings and weekends

Pay:

• SALARY: Pay is based on qualifications and experience. Payroll is done weekly during the 90 day probationary period and every 2 weeks after that. Pay is done by card to card transfer.
• BONUSES: Bonuses will be determined by the product or service you are handling and will be based on successful sales.
• EQUITY: In addition to Salary, the hired individual will receive Stock and Options in the projects we are working on that will give them an opportunity to benefit even more from the quality of their work.
