Qatar-Russia is a project office within Embassy of Qatar in Russia to develop business and cultural relations between countries and to present results of such cooperation at Saint-Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2020 where Qatar to be Guest Country.

Qatar-Russia is looking for Delegation Managers.

General tasks:

1. Delegation support before, during and after SPIEF 2020:

• Interaction with the delegation (collection, processing and sending of information, day-to-day communication);
• Support of the delegation (meeting at the airport, check-in, event support, lifestyle requests)

2. Coordination of the project team to implement the delegation's requests:

• Cooperation with Logistics &Hospitality Department on accommodation, air travel, transfers, visas and lifestyle support;
• Cooperation with Program &Business Development Department on the organization of B2B meetings, Program of the forum;
• Cooperation with PR & Media Department on the Media program for the delegation (press conferences, interviews, press releases);
• Cooperation with Art & Production Department on creation of presentation materials (questionnaires, presentations, reports), POS production.
• Cooperation with Protocol & Security Department and other Departments on day to day operations.

3. Interaction with partners:

• Roscongress – on accreditation, seating arrangements;
• Embassy of Qatar in the Russian Federation – sending documents through official diplomatic channels, solving organizational issues.

4. Feedback collection and reporting:

• Conducting a survey with the delegation;
• Preparation of a report on the results of the visit of the delegation.

Requirements:

1. Experience in supporting B2B and / or B2G clients at least 3 years or experience in administrative work in the Top 100 Russian companies (Case management, Protocol, Office);
2. Stress resistance, diligence, accuracy, responsibility, attentiveness, developed communication skills, high reaction speed;
3. Higher education (Economics or Hospitality as an advantage);
4. Clear, competent speech (spoken/ written);
5. Spoken English (phone conversations, correspondence);
6. Spoken Arabic as an advantage;
7. Confident computer skills and all modern communication methods (PC / Mac-MS Office - perfect, basic graphic design skills as an advantage);
8. Presentable appearance.
9. Be sure to have a willingness to perform a test task.
