Обязанности работника:

To provide whatever support, advice and assistance, required to assure continual improvement of Health, Safety and Environment (hereinafter – HSE) performance on Company facilities.
Provide support and advice to the department for production, the Workover, the Construction and Design Department for compliance with internal procedures and instructions of the Company and the rules and requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Carries out inspections of production sites in the field at the order of the HSE Supervisor and for production needs.
To be acknowledged and follow legislative and internal requirements and rules, Employee Handbook, Company Golden Rules and other Employer Acts.
To actively support Company HSE Policy, particularly Incident-Free program and other company programs.
To provide support on adhering legislative and other requirements on safety and labor protection in all departments and functions of company, specifying employees’ fixed benefits and compensations by working conditions.
To work on preventing incidents and injuries on production, also to minimize potential consequences of accidents and injuries on production.
To inspect workplace environment, prepare and make a proposal about elaboration and implementation of protective equipment from dangerous and harmful occupational factors impact.
To participate in development of regulatory legal acts (rules, procedures and standards) of HSE.
To participate in elaboration of measures on prevention of occupational illnesses and injuries on production, on improvement of working conditions and bringing them up to the requirements, set out by regulatory legal acts, and also support on arrangement in execution of set up measures.
To participate and conduct audits, inspections of ongoing work activities and technical condition of buildings, constructions, equipment, machines and mechanisms; running efficiency of ventilation systems, condition of sanitary-engineering installations, sanitary and amenity facilities, employees’ personal and collective protective equipment, determining their compliance with the requirements of HSE regulatory legal acts; and in case of detection violations which create endanger to employee’s health and life, or may cause accident, then to contribute recommendations on taking actions to shutdown machines, equipment and work performance in workshops, on sites and workplaces.
Monitor routine and non-routine works, intervene in case of risk for life and operation, and inform accordingly responsible for work execution people.
To make up and present reports on safety and labor protection by set up forms and appropriate deadlines.
To prepare, carry out and check risk analysis and other documents and actions on labor protection and safety.
To provide coaching for Company and contractors employees in accordance with company procedures.
To participate and conduct HSE trainings and campaigns as required.
To conduct IF, PTW, TRA, CoW trainings.
Support compliance «Dunga Waste Management Plan»
Participate and support the conduct of environmental audits in accordance with ISO 14001
To conduct HSE Induction course for new employees, employees on business trip, for students on industrial trainings or practice.
To participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, risk assessments and pre-job safety analyses and so on.
Report incidents, including near-misses, unsafe acts and conditions to Area Authority and HSE Supervisor.
To participate in incident investigations.
Follow verbal and written instructions and tasks of HSE Supervisor. Respect subordination and ethic of business communication.
Carry out other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by HSE Supervisor.
Other duties considered by acts of Employer, Labor Contract and Legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan.
To participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, risk assessments and pre-job safety analyses and so on.
To participate in incident investigations.
Lead Workshops, trainings, awareness campaign coordination and organizing.
Develop communication materials such as articles, newsletters, presentations, etc.
Implement safe systems of work, including policies, Operational Safety Procedures (OSP) and guidance and issue safety alerts and bulletins.
To participate in development of regulatory legal acts (rules, procedures and standards) of HSE.
Revision and updating of HSE procedures (CoW and others).
To create reports in Synergi system on unsafe labor conditions and offers for improving labor conditions and safety methods, and also provide consultative assistance on elimination and implementation best practices in health and safety.
Timely fill out the register of observation cards, as well as make the necessary changes to this register.
To participate/organize in HSE meetings, conducting on the Field as with Company employees as with contractors.
To support 2nd and 3rd party audit programs to assure contractual and certification compliance.
Participate in planning for a Full Field Shut down on HSE issues.
Follow verbal and written instructions and tasks of HSE Supervisor. Respect subordination and ethic of business communication.
Carry out other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by HSE Supervisor.
Other duties considered by acts of Employer, Labor Contract and Legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan.
HSE Engineer is responsible for non-performance or improper performance of the Job responsibilities stated in the present JD within the range defined by acting Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
For gross negligence or willful misconduct, the HSE Engineer bears full financial liability within the range defined by acting Labor Code and Civil Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
For disclosing confidential information (business and commercial secrets of the Company) the HSE Engineer bears full financial liability within the range defined by acting Labor Code and Civil Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Causing material damage – within the frames determined by the labor, Criminal and civil legislation of RK.

Требования к работнику:

Higher education on relevant specialty or secondary technical and professional (secondary special, secondary professional) education on relevant specialty (qualification).
Relevant professional experience no less than 5 years.
English language skills are plus.
MS Office skills.
Communication and leadership skills.
