☑ Подробности о вакантном месте:

• Monitor all aspects of Quality Control relative to welding during the construction in order to ensure adherence to the COMPANY technical requirements and applicable codes

• Provide weekly input to the QMS reporting system, with regards to trends and unresolved exceptions and problems.

• Provide early warning of potential quality problems and ensure non-conformances are identified, tracked and closed

• Provide expertise to site team to avoid/resolve quality problems.

• Supervise a team of welding inspectors

• Monitoring of weld procedures (WPS, PQR) and welder qualification testing. Verifying dimensions, welder’s certifications material certification and traceability for all materials and consumables being used in construction.

• Verify that all testing procedures have been approved and are on site. Confirm testing parameters are duly recorded and that testing equipment is calibrated.

• Monitor the effectiveness of the Contractor's material traceability process.

• Monitor the weld preparation and welding process.

• Monitor pipe fabrication and erection

• Monitor NDE and ongoing compilation of weld records.

• Ensure non-conformances are identified, tracked and closed out prior to acceptance of the work. Witness Contractor’s activities and ensure Contractor’s quality records are acceptable.

• Review or witness in process and hold point inspection during construction in accordance with the CONTRACTOR’s ITP.

• Witness acceptance tests and perform final quality check prior to acceptance

• Where Nondestructive Testing (NDT) forms part of the work, the Inspector is required to witness or review NDT results

• Review Contractor’s completion files for accuracy and adequacy

• Hold weekly quality meetings with contractor

• Give quality tool box talks to the team

• Reports to Site Quality Lead.

Qualification and Experience

• 10+ years experience in welding inspection and supervision

• Qualified as a Welding Inspector in line with CSWIP 3.1 or CWI

• Hold a valid in date Radiographic Interpretation qualification

• Must have good oral and written English skills

• Have previous experience supervising welding/piping inspection teams

• Inspector shall demonstrate working knowledge of ASME, ANSI, NACE, AWS, and API codes and testing equipment including Positive Material Identification testing equipment required for the inspection of mechanical commodities such as piping, pipe fittings, valves, etc
